Shipping Policy

We deliver across Pakistan. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available in select cities)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide
  • Free Shipping: On orders above a qualifying amount (check current promotions)

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DOT HELMET purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The helmet must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
