All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply to that order.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for bank transfers) or at the time of delivery (for COD).

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances. DOT HELMET is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and design, is the property of DOT HELMET and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DOT HELMET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
